Payment

     Payment for all animals and shipping cost, must be received prior to shipment.  I will accept PayPal from your bank account to my PayPal Account not from credit cards and  money orders or cashier's check.  I will accept  Post Office Money Orders, Bank Drafts, or personal checks but will only ship after your check has cleared.

Layaways

  You must pay 25% of the purchase price per month.  There are NO refunds for layaways. If you do not pay the animal off at the three month point I will assume that you no longer have interest in the snake and put it back up for sale.  Layaway money may be used toward purchasing a different animal, this will be decided on a case by case basis.

Holding Animals

 I am willing to hold an animal for a month for an extra $20 a month. The animal must be completely paid off for me to enter into a holding agreement.

Trades

I am open to trades.  Shoot me an email with LOTS of pictures if that is your interest. All animals that are to be traded must be within my custody before I ship any of my animals. You will be paying for the shipping of your animal(s) to me. 

Shipping Thur FedEx

Florida- $40      

The rest of the U.S.A  will  usually be up to $65 depend on your ZIP.  Please send me your City, State & Zip and I'll tell you how much shipping will be.  The amount of snakes I can ship in a box depends on their size, box size, and breed of snake.  Shipping cost covers all shipping & handling with Styrofoam insulated cardboard shipping boxes with heat packs in cold weather.  I do not ship internationally.  I will work with each customer to assure that the shipping conditions are optimal for the customer and the snakes.  I have not yet had a problem, but I will work with reasonable customers to resolve any problems if I am at fault. It is best to ship when temperatures are between 45 to 88 degrees, both here and where you live.

My guarantee only covers between these temperatures.  All animals are shipped Overnight Priorty and delivered directly to your door but someone must be home to sign for your new pets and put them in there new home.  If an animal is not alive when it arrives or dies after you receive it, you must save by freezing it and email me for instructions. I will only ship on Monday - Wednesday.

Guarantee

    I offer a 48-hour live arrival guarantee under normal weather conditions.  If you do not contact me within 48-hours, I will assume that your shipment was received in good condition.  All animals are sexed to the best of my ability. All animals will be guaranteed by me and not the carrier. If no one is at home to sign for the package and it is left outside or returned the next day -- THERE IS NO GUARANTEE.  My guarantee covers the purchase price of the snake(s) and not shipping cost.  I guarantee that the animals that you receive will be in good health  at the time of shipment.  I reserve the right to delay shipping if I consider the weather conditions to be too extreme. My main concern is that your animals arrive healthy.  Under the best conditions, shipping is stressful for your new pet. Please have a home ready for your new pet when it arrives. Please try not to handle and show off your new pet. Let it get used to its new home undisturbed for several days and do not try to feed them for two or three days. Will you Take My Snake?

Probably.   I will only take in animals I'm knowledgeable about keeping.  I would rather have an animal in my house then someone release it into the wild.  I am always willing to take back any snakes/other animals I personally adopt/sell.  If you are not in my area but need help placing a snake look to your local herpological society or reptile specialty shop to make sure your animal receives  proper care.

Shipping Charges-  You are usually getting charged for a Overnight Priority Shipping Thru FedEx on a  6 in x 6 in x 6 in box that is up to 3lbs.  The shipping covers actual packaging of the snakes ( box, insulation, heating/cold pack, deli cup/snake bag) , my gas to get to the location, and then the shipping charge.   I'm not open to negating shipping cost. I'm not shipping supplies in with your snake unless it’s a care book.. what you are getting charge is what I've got to pay. I can't ship thru UPS or USPS either the only shipping companies open to me is by Airfreight ( VERY EXPENSIVE) and FedEx.  Large companies may have cheaper shipping rates because of the volume of their business lets them negotiate the charges with FedEx over hobby breeders like myself. I understand shipping price is usually the deciding factor in whether purchasing the snake is feasible or not but this is one point that I can't and won't negotiate on ... what you are getting charged IS THE ACTUAL CHARGES I'VE GOT TO PAY IN ORDER TO GET YOUR BABY TOO YOU.
